Frontier Ministries was founded by Jeff and Sherri Friedlander. Jeff and Sherri have been married since 1990 after having dated each other all the way through college. They have 4 children. They reside in Helena, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham. Jeff and Sherri met each other on the University of Georgia campus where they dedicated their lives to each other and to G-d in addition to graduating from college with B.S. degrees in Hospitality and Food Service Management. They both attended the Master’s Commission in Phoenix AZ under the leadership of International Director Lloyd Ziegler and Pastor Tommy Barnett. After graduating the program they went back to Athens where they spent 4 years in a bi-vocational pastoral role in a church plant. They moved to Columbia, SC where they served again in a bi-vocational role as an associate and youth pastor. Eventually moving to their current home in Helena, Jeff owned and operated a business for 7 years before taking a job as a mortgage consultant. This led him into the real estate business as a full-time consultant. Upon the breakup of that business, the Lord spoke clearly to Jeff and Sherri that His call to ministry had never left them and they must return to their first love. After 20 years of being in and out of part-time vocational ministry, Jeff and Sherri followed the call of G-d and launched Frontier Ministries.
